Personal Assistant to the Commercial Director (m/f/d)
Permanent, full-time / 40 hours per week
In this central position, you will support the commercial director in all administrative and organizational areas. They run their office and, as communicative and structured personalities, are the central interface to the departments of the house and to external partners.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Correspondence and appointment management of the commercial director
- Creation of decision templates and presentations
- Contracting during ongoing operations
- Research and analysis as well as assumption of ad‐hoc tasks in diverse and complex professional contexts
- Coordination, development and collaboration in projects in close cooperation with the respective departments of the company

Requirements:
- Completed university degree in law or business administration (university diploma)
- Knowledge and experience in organizational and process management as well as project management
- Ideally, professional experience as a speaker or in a coordinating activity in the cultural sector and/or a strong interest in classical concerts and the contents of the Musikverein
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English; Linguistic and textual fluency, appealing writing style
- Independent, structured and forward-looking way of working. You maintain an overview at all times, even with many simultaneous agendas, and know how to set priorities
- Empathy, loyalty and integrity, friendly and confident personal appearance. You enjoy communicating with people and have a talent for organization
- Experienced handling of modern communication technology and MS Office products (very good Excel skills, PowerPoint knowledge is an advantage)
