In the centre of Vienna, at the heart of classical music-making tradition, the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Vienna has hosted highly successful concerts for 200 years. Both loved and renowned among the Viennese and throughout the world, the Musikverein epitomises world-class concert performances. Here, in the home of music, you too have the opportunity to hire event spaces from the Musikverein in Vienna.

The best possible infrastructure and a highly experienced team stand ready to help you organise your event in one of the most famous concert venues in the world. Along with the management and coordination of your event, we can also provide first-class gastronomy in outstanding settings through our exclusive catering partner, Gerstner. Venue hire is available in the case of our concert halls and also for smaller spaces, which are suitable for meetings, conferences or reception events. If required, the entire Musikverein building may be hired for an event. 
We will gladly provide support and advice during the planning of your event at the Musikverein. As the location of over 800 events per year, the Musikverein can place a highly experienced and professional team at your disposal. Capacity:
The precise number of seating places depends on a range of factors e.g. the size of the stage, required number of wheelchair places, etc. Our team is happy to help you design the seating plan for your event. Capacity for each venue includes both seating and standing places throughout the hall during concert performances.
